By using Love Answers Live, you agree to use the service for personal reflection and to provide information you are comfortable sharing.

Reflective guidance

Love Answers Live offers personal reflection to help you think through a relationship question. It is not therapy, a diagnosis, crisis support, or professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Tarot and Astrology are symbolic ways to reflect; they do not prove what someone thinks or promise what will happen. Use your judgment and what you can observe.

Free answers and paid reports

Entering your email saves your question and displays the available choices. The free answer is generated and emailed only after you choose Continue Free. Paid reports are optional and purchased through Gumroad. The current price and included material are shown before checkout.

If you upgrade a Lucian-only question to the $29 Both report, the system assigns the Tarot card used for Seraphina’s reading. You do not need to draw another card.

Delivery and support

We send answers to the email address you provide. If yours has not arrived, check spam or promotions first, then email hello@loveanswerslive.com from the address you used.

Paid report access and PDF copies

Your paid report is available online for 90 days from when it is ready, not from the time of payment. Your report page and delivery email show the expiry date. Download the complete text PDF before that date to keep or print it. Downloaded copies do not expire; the online link and PDF download stop working when online access ends. Previously issued reports may receive a transition grace period shown on their report page.

Anyone with your private report link can view the report while it is active. Please keep the link and any downloaded copies private.

Payments and refund questions

Gumroad processes paid orders and handles refund requests under its rules. Please read the refund terms on the product page before you buy. If something goes wrong with your report or order, email us with your order reference and we’ll help. Your rights under applicable consumer law still apply.

Service availability

We may update the service, reading options, or displayed prices over time. A change to the service does not change the material already included in a completed purchase.
