Privacy

When you send us a question, we use the details you choose to share to prepare the perspective you selected and deliver the answer or report you request. Please share only what you are comfortable including.

Information you may provide

• Your email address and, optionally, a name or nickname.
• Your relationship context, selected concerns, question, interaction pattern, timeframe, and any optional details you write.
• Your selected perspective, Tarot card and orientation when applicable, and optional sun signs.
• For a paid order, purchase and delivery information received through Gumroad.

How information is used

We use those details to prepare and check your answer, send the option you choose, connect a purchase to your question, reply to support requests, and protect the service from misuse. Some preparation and review steps are automated. Entering your email saves your question and shows the options; your free answer is sent only after you choose Continue Free.

How information is processed

A small number of service providers help us host the site, prepare and review responses, send email, and process payments. They receive information only when needed to do that work. Gumroad handles paid checkout. If you separately choose to receive follow-up emails, we may use your email and optional name for those messages.

Storage and requests

We keep question, answer, delivery, and purchase records so we can provide the service, manage orders, and keep things reliable and secure. Completed paid reports are available online for 90 days from when they become ready. The report page and delivery email show the expiry date; previously issued reports may receive a transition grace period. After expiry, access is blocked and report bodies are removed by scheduled cleanup. Private report backups use a rolling 30-day retention schedule; hosting recovery copies may also persist temporarily under the provider’s backup schedule. We do not use backups to extend online access. Downloaded PDFs and copies already delivered to your inbox remain under your control. This policy applies to the paid report body; original question, free-answer, transaction, and security records have separate retention needs. If you want us to remove information linked to your email, contact us from the address you used for your question. We may need to keep limited transaction or security records for legal or operational reasons.

Please share only the details needed for your question. You may use a nickname and should avoid passwords or unnecessary identifying information about yourself or another person.
